During the celebration of the Nocturnes for the 16th edition of MUTEK MX 2019 we presented Reflex, an interactive piece that shows a series of digital mirrors as self-portraits with specific visuals during the tour.
Reflex is an installation that uses visuals, digital sound and a system of digital mirrors in a generative art process inspired by Rudolf Steiner's theory of the division of human identity and the subjectivity of the selfie to alter our self-perception. To achieve this effect, INTUS recreates a journey of reflections that reveal the different bodies that make up the human being and, through a series of algorithms of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, maintains Reflex as a work in permanent development and in real time, projecting a self-portrait of each person in front.
